Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Glass Factory Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing production efficiency, maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality control, and overseeing a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the glass manufacturing facility, ensuring production schedules are met.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of factory staff, providing guidance and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations within the factory.
Monitor and improve production processes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
Manage inventory, procurement, and raw material handling to ensure seamless production.
Implement and uphold quality control procedures to meet customer specifications.
Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, planning, and setting long-term goals for the factory.
Prepare and maintain reports on production performance, safety, and inventory.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Factory Manager, Production Manager, or similar role within the manufacturing sector (glass industry experience is preferred).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of factory operations, safety standards, and quality control practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Ability to adapt to changing production needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Relevant qualifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar fields would be an advantage.
