About the role The Head of Strategy will be a critical leadership role that will oversee the implementation of the organisation's strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with their vision, values, and long-term goals.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the main duties will include: Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and budget.
Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans.
Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress, identify risks, and adapt plans as needed to meet organizational objectives.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, driving engagement across teams to achieve alignment and commitment.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in strategy execution.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a high-performing team, developing capabilities and fostering professional growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and customers, to ensure buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.
Conduct regular reporting and presentations to the board and other senior stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
The successful applicant will have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
Extensive experience in strategy delivery, project management, or operational leadership roles, preferably within Heavy Industry, Engineering, Mining, or Logistics.
Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
