Araluen Christian College is seeking an inspirational and dedicated educational leader to join our team as the Head of Primary.
This pivotal leadership role is integral to the College, supporting our spiritual, pastoral, academic, and leadership objectives, all of which are essential for the success of our College.

About this role
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Head of Primary will be responsible for creating engaging and challenging learning environments that foster a strong desire for students to achieve their personal best.
This position involves assisting the Principal in ensuring the effective operation of the primary school, aligning with the strategic vision of Araluen Christian College.
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities include supporting the Principal in implementing a high-quality Christian educational program, managing activities and projects in a cost-effective manner, and adhering to the biblical principles upheld by NT Christian Schools.
The Head of Primary must exemplify Christian principles in all interactions and consistently act in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of NT Christian Schools.
This role also involves teaching religious education that aligns with our educational values.
