About the role
We are seeking a finance leader to join our team as Financial Planning and Reporting Manager. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will oversee the financial control, planning, and reporting function. You will lead and develop a dynamic team, driving change and delivering key business objectives.
Key responsibilities: Develop insightful and value-added financial reports Align processes and standards for consistent and reliable actual and forecast information Manage engagement with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely resolution of issues Lead profit improvement and cost management initiatives Oversee the monthly business performance review process Drive the development of a comprehensive data analytics and business intelligence strategy Ensure compliance with corporate, statutory, and ABF financial reporting requirements Enhance business controls and governance 24th October, 2024 About Us

We are looking for an analytical, improvement-oriented leader to head our newly established Planning & Reporting team. You will possess:
A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline CPA/CA qualification An MBA or master's degree (desirable) Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in food manufacturing Proven team leader driving high levels of team motivation and engagement Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in SAP and BW systems Experience in developing systems roadmaps Experience delivering a strong control framework such as US SOx Expertise in data analytics strategy development and implementation Strong commercial and analytical skills at both conceptual and detailed levels Proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship-building skills at all levels, both internally and externally How to Apply
