Capable leadership of the finance team ensuring compliance with all financial reporting requirements and statutory regulations Lead business planning and analytical processes including all budgeting and forecasting Ensure effective and high quality business partnering and support across the company Provide critical insight through accurate performance reporting Develop astute financial and commercial strategies Adopt a continuous improvement approach to all financial systems and processes What you will offer
Professional qualifications coupled with a proven track record within a HOF or Financial Controller capacity, within a logistics/manufacturing/warehousing/FMCG or similar environment Analytical strengths, enabling you to provide strategic insight which drive key commercial decisions within the business Display a high level of commitment to your role and embrace challenges with enthusiasm Well-developed leadership skills and the ability work collaboratively Confidence to take ownership of a critical role within an environment where there is a high level of accountability How to apply
