Job Description What You'll Be Doing:
Brand Strategy Mastermind: Develop game-changing strategies that elevate brand equity and fuel growth for our dental brands across Australia and New Zealand. Dive deep into market trends, consumer insights, and competition to create a winning brand narrative.
Campaign Captain: Lead the charge on marketing campaigns that excite and engage. Work with your team to launch innovative campaigns that really connect with patients.
Content & Social Media Pro: Build buzz! Create standout content strategies and manage social media channels with an eye on engagement and performance.
PR Guru: Manage our brand's voice in the media. Build strong relationships with journalists, handle PR events, and keep our reputation sparkling.
Events & Partnerships Extraordinaire: Spearhead exciting events and meaningful partnerships that enhance brand visibility and build lasting connections.
Team Leader: Lead a team of brand champions, nurturing creativity, collaboration, and success at every step.
Qualifications What You Bring to the Table:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (Bonus points for an MBA!)
8+ years of experience growing brands and leading marketing teams
Expertise in social media, PR, events, and content creation
