These cantinas combine food, fun and friends for the ultimate Mexican fiesta.The El Loco menu is similar across the 2 locations and includes a range of mouth-watering dishes, including Mexican-style beef brisket burger, quesabirria, El Frederiko hot dog, as well as dishing up the fan favourite tacos.The RoleWe are looking for a Head Chef ideally with Mexican experience that can continue driving the food offering forward.
