Head Chef

A full-time , permanent position within a vibrant and supportive environment for a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef to elevate the culinary experiences by designing and executing creative menus for a reputable hospitality venue.
Requires: Extensive experience in a busy kitchen environment along with strong leadership skills.
Salary guide: $80,000 - $90,000 Depending on Experience Location: Mandurah & Peel region Perth Your normal day will involve: Designing and executing creative, seasonal menus that align with  reputation for great food and drink.
Leading, mentoring, and training the kitchen team to deliver consistent and high-quality dishes.
Ensuring food preparation and presentation meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring food costs to achieve profitability targets.
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen that complies with health and safety regulations.
Collaborating with the management team to align kitchen operations with the venue's goals.
