As the senior accountant, your responsibilities will include day to day accounting, providing financial insight and partnering with other departments.
Specific duties include:
Financial reporting including cashflow, balance sheet and analysis Management reports, using BI tools Taxation compliance, FBT, BAS and transfer pricing Managing the rebates process / trade promotions Overseeing year audit, working with external auditors Business partner with other departments to enhance reporting Fixed assets and month end stock evaluations Lead and inspire a small team What you'll need to succeed
CA or CPA qualified Experienced working for a complex sizeable company, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including financial reporting & consolidation Outstanding communication skills and confident liaising with internal stakeholders Ability to understand and manipulate data using your strong excel skills Excellent knowledge of inter-company transactions Inquisitive mindset & lead continuous improvement initiatives What you'll get in return
