Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as residential & commercial handyman services, window and door installations, rental property maintenance, tree removal & wood chipping, honey do lists, flooring, drywalling, painting, carpentry, garbage runs, stairs & docks
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues
- Repair or replace damaged components
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
- Willing to travel to jobsites
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have valid driver's license and vehicle
- Must have own set of basic tools
- Must speak English
