The Role
From the initial contact at check-in to the guest's departure, the Guest Service Agent handles all guest needs and reasonable requests efficiently, effectively, courteously, and professionally, ensuring a high standard of service is maintained at all times.
Talent Profile
Answer telephone calls and email replies (internal and external) based on LQA standards.Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service to all internal and external guests.Maintain current knowledge of the hotel's daily events, promotions, and departmental operating hours.Ensure all required guest room information is obtained upon check-in.Maintain familiarity with third-party bookings.Capitalize on opportunities to upsell the hotel, facilities, and outlets.Program and issue room keys, ensuring appropriate access levels are granted.Ensure all charges and postings are processed accurately and correctly.Maintain familiarity with foreign currencies and exchange rates.Understand guest billing processes as per received reservations.Undertake any reasonable management request.Ensure group arrivals and departures are processed accurately and correctly.Assist hotel departments with shift coverage and peak periods (including all Front Office).Benefits
