This high-impact role is integral to the strategic direction of our organisation, encompassing the end-to-end management of acquisition, fulfilment, production, logistics, and distribution across multiple sites.
As a key leader within the company, this role will define and implement robust strategies to enhance customer service, drive productivity, and elevate the overall efficiency of our operations, ensuring Redland remains at the forefront of the industry.
In this role, expertise in Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) will be critical as the successful candidate will evaluate performance data to forecast both short and long-term business needs.
The Group Manager Supply Chain will be responsible for crafting and executing policies, procedures, and processes that align with our growth objectives while seamlessly adapting to evolving market conditions and capitalising on new opportunities.
Deep collaboration will be at the heart of this work, as the incumbent influences and aligns cross-functional teams across sales, finance, procurement, production, and logistics.
