Groundskeeper - General Maintenance of Mining Camp Agnico Eagle Northern Territory is looking for a groundskeeper to upkeep the Cosmo Village Camp and assist the maintenance team with general maintenance around the site. The site is currently in care and maintenance; therefore, the camp is only partly in use.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Superintendent, the incumbent will be responsible for the provision of maintenance of AENT accommodation facilities and mine and plant site administration buildings and facilities.

Key Role Objectives Maintain a high level of service provision for village residents and village stakeholders. Operation and maintenance of site potable and non-potable water systems and RO plant. Operation and maintenance of site sewerage treatment plants and sewage system. Installation and commissioning of new equipment, facilities, and buildings. Repair and installation of pathways, concrete slabs, bunding, bollards, and fencing. Grounds maintenance including mowing, whipper snipping, tree trimming, and removal of debris to approved refuge disposal areas. Building and facilities maintenance including toilets, laundries, wet mess, dry mess, storage areas, kitchen, change house, site offices, accommodation, and ablution blocks at Cosmo, Pine Creek, and mine and plant sites. Maintenance of pool, tennis court, gym facilities, and sporting facilities. General maintenance of ice machine, kitchen facilities, fridges, freezers, air conditioning systems, etc. Liaison and coordination of external maintenance and service providers as required for village maintenance needs. Use of systems for Work Orders to manage maintenance village activities. Source, price, and purchase materials, goods, and services for the maintenance of the accommodation villages. General housekeeping duties e.g. ensuring maintenance shed is kept tidy and organized and equipment is properly stored and maintained. This is a DIDO role, on a 5:2:4:3 roster.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical and criminal history check.
