Job Opportunity We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, engaging Grounds and Maintenance Officer in Yamba who is passionate about delivering a great experience and helping make holiday dreams come true!
About the Role Participate in regular inspections of assets, identify problems and/or improvements and complete tasks as directed. Coordinate and undertake general cleaning of facilities and amenities, assisting cleaning staff when required. Contribute to the planning, coordination and facilitation of onsite activities and events. Communicate and liaise with other employees, management, guests, and tenants in a manner that encourages safety, teamwork, and enhances presentation of the facility. Undertake works in accordance with all quality, environmental, and WHS requirements, completing all appropriate documentation. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
A valid driver's licence is essential. Experience in building and grounds maintenance services and other operational tasks. Great teamwork and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in scheduling activities and applying operational standards. First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to obtain).
