About The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced coach captain / driver supervisor for our Darwin operations. The role entails:
Consistently ensuring the safety of you, your passengers, colleagues and your vehicle
Supervising, assessing and reviewing Coach Captains. For example driving checks and other assessment procedures as required.
Addressing performance concerns with drivers where appropriate, including customer complaints.
Assist and support the Coach Captains & Operations Supervisor when needed..
Assist in driving a range of coaches across various parts of Australia for scheduled services
Position requires 70% on the road and 30% training
Licences/ Requirements:
Over the course of your duties, you will be expected to work on weekends and night shifts. In exchange we offer you an autonomous role, where you can have a direct impact on the success of our business. To be successful in this role you must have:
A current HR drivers licence
A current Drivers Authority / Endorsement
Demonstrable coach driving experience
An outstanding safety focus, including a commitment to your own fitness for duty
Experience delivering excellent customer service is a must!
