About the Position
Fixed-Term, Full-Time (6 months, 40 hours per week, 5 days). This position will likely transition to a permanent role.
About the Role
This is a new and unique role that combines both production and disability support within Greenacres Enterprises. You will be responsible for various production tasks, including light manufacturing, packaging, labelling and assembly production work, supporting, training and motivating people with disability in employment.
Disability support may include personal care, meal management, behaviour management and medication administration for some supported employees.
About You
We are seeking individuals with experience in roles similar to trades, warehousing, production, manufacturing and or assembly. The right individual will have strong communication skills, an eye for quality, experience demonstrating your ability to thrive under pressure, a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to achieving output targets and meeting customer expectations for deadlines. You will be a highly motivated team player with excellent planning and time management skills. You must bring your own smartphone, have a driver's licence and be willing to obtain a Forklift Licence (Greenacres will pay for this).
