The Role:

As a Customer Experience Specialist,  you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of Customer Service. Your attention to detail will be key in managing customer interactions and processing orders accurately and efficiently. In this role you will support the sales team to ensure customers get the best experience!

Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries about stock availability, promotions, and service issues. Acknowledge and process orders within 24 hours of receipt, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage forward and back orders in the ERP system to provide accurate delivery dates. Liaise with the Operations team regarding inventory management and escalate concerns promptly. Minimise credit returns by maintaining high attention to detail and improving order accuracy. What We're Looking For: Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call centre or similar environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner. Proven ability to manage calls in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail. A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships and enhance the customer experience. How to Apply:
