We are seeking a graduate lawyer to join our rapidly growing Melbourne CBD office.
About the Role
We are seeking a graduate lawyer fluent in Korean (written and oral communication). In this role, you will enjoy extensive client exposure and flexible work arrangements. Your key duties will be:
Actively managing a portfolio of diverse clients and files
Directly liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders
Drafting comprehensive legal advice and legal documentation
Attending court, mediations and settlement conferences
Briefing Counsel and experts
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
Fostering relationships and networks to generate your own referrals
About You
Admitted or soon to be admitted to legal practice
Fluent in Korean (in both verbal and written communication)
An ability to relate to people at all levels and work efficiently and proactively
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Great organisational and time management skills
A demonstrated ability to build effective networks and relationships
Commitment to providing exceptional services to clients and key stakeholders
Experience in personal injury law is preferred but not essential
