About The Role This is your opportunity to bring your business ideas forward and be part of renewable energy in Tasmania! As a Business Graduate, you will gain an understanding of the organisation, its policies, processes, standards, and culture, along with developing analytical expertise to support business functions. You will be involved in working within various workgroups on multiple projects throughout the business.
As a graduate, you will get the amazing opportunity to move around the business on a regular basis to ensure you gain exposure and diverse experience. TasNetworks invests in our Graduates and this program, and as a Graduate, you will move around various areas of the business to ensure you gain exposure and diverse experience, relevant to your recent study and qualifications.
About You To be successful in this role and to become part of our Graduate program, you will need to have a Bachelor's qualification in Business/Commerce (having graduated or graduating in 2022-2024) and a current driver's license. The ability to communicate effectively and work well in small teams across many areas of the business is essential. Sound computing skills and the ability to think strategically and manage concurrent tasks and priorities all whilst maintaining a commercial mindset are key success drivers to being a Business Graduate with us. You will be a person that will embrace working in a great culture.
