Key Responsibilities:
Manage 120 properties and oversee all aspects of property management, including ingoings, outgoings, and routine inspections.
Act as the primary point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring seamless communication.
Handle leasing, ensuring smooth processes for both new and existing tenants.
Maintain a high level of service to exceed expectations.
What You Need:
Previous experience in Property Management – you're already a pro at managing properties and keeping clients happy.
Certificate of Registration (COR) – you've got the credentials to back it up.
