Contract Administrator We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Gladiator Management Pty Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the administration of contracts with our clients.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, Review and Negotiate Contracts: Ensure alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.Administer Contract Documentation: Accurate, timely, and compliant paperwork associated with contracts, projects, and services.Manage Contracts and Service Agreements: Executed in accordance with operational procedures and legal standards.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Project Managers and Operations teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met.Coordinate with Clients and Suppliers: Effective service delivery and resolve issues related to contracts and services.Oversee Contractor Work: Fulfill work orders as per agreement and report on variations or adjustments required.Monitor Budgets: Financial compliance with contract terms and provide regular reports to senior management.Prepare Reports and Submissions: Key deliverables, contract issues, and outcomes for senior management.Analyze Project Data: Performance against contractual agreements and identify areas for improvement.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful long-term partnerships.Advisory Role: Advise senior management on matters requiring immediate attention.Requirements: Diploma in Contract Management: Preferred but not mandatory.Experience: Proven experience in contract administration or project coordination, preferably within security, cleaning, or manpower industries.Strong Understanding: Contract law, procurement processes, and relevant industry regulations.Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability: Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
