Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.This role will require travel to customer sites across Asia.QualificationsWhat skills do you need to have?There will be many opportunities for you to learn and grow into this role and Microsoft. Required Qualifications:UX/UI Qualifications:A relevant degree or certification in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction, or similar, or equivalent work experience.A strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, best practices, and tools, such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Experience with external customer-facing engagements.A proven ability to conduct user research and testing, analyse data, and create user personas, scenarios, and journeys.A portfolio of UX/UI projects that demonstrate your skills and experience in various domains and platforms.A creative and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail and aestheticsA collaborative and client-oriented attitude, with excellent communication and presentation skills.A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Technical Qualifications:A solid understanding of web and mobile development technologies and standards, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Expertise in a modern JS framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) for responsive web development, crafting dynamic user interfaces and seamless user experiences.Proficient in client-side API usage, integration with RESTful services; extensive experience with Postman for API testing and debugging.Experience in client-side diagnostics, using Chrome DevTools for debugging; adept at cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience.Experience in working with agile and cross-functional teams, and using project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Slack.Additional preferred qualificationsExperience and certifications with cloud-hosted AI services, particularly Azure AI Services and/or OpenAI.Experience with LLM client-side frameworks such as Semantic Kernel.Experience with Python, Jupyter/Zepplin/Colab notebooks and leveraging LangChain and LlamaIndex.Microsoft believes that by investing in our people and creating an inclusive environment, our team will do their best work. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:As a Global Black Belt (GBB) Technology Specialist – AI UX/UI, you will be a technical solution expert within our worldwide AI Commercial Solution Area organisation working with strategic customers on AI Adoption & prioritizing use cases that drive business value with Azure AI Services. Specifically, you will be responsible for creating and testing wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, and user interfaces that meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and aesthetics. Taking a Design-led approach, you will also communicate and present your design rationale and solutions to clients and internal teams, and incorporate feedback and changes as needed. You will collaborate with a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to advance the decision process and increase the adoption of the Azure AI services/Azure Open AI with customers. You will work within your team as a subject matter expert to help customers derive value through AI.
