THE ROLE Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference and building connections that last a lifetime? As the Gifts in Wills (GiW) Coordinator, you will assist in growing and nurturing a pipeline of supporters considering a gift in their will. In this role you'll work closely with the wider individual giving team to implement stewardship and engagement activities, helping ensure that Gifts in Wills prospects feel valued and connected to ChildFund's mission.
You will also play a key role in donor care and data management, assisting with maintaining accurate records, tracking engagement, and supporting data-driven insights that enhance the overall supporter experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the fulfilment of GiW donor communications and other donor stewardship engagement activities as needed.Act as an acquisition lead and coordinate key acquisition activities for GiW program.Actively promote GiW to ChildFund staff and partners.Integrate GiW donor communications with key campaigns across the annual calendar to enhance donor giving.Contribute to administration of seamless moves management process.Work collaboratively across the Individual Giving team with the goal to enhance donor giving.Maintain timely and accurate donor records in Salesforce.Report regularly on GiW pipeline.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Experience working in a results-oriented environment, with experience working in an administrative or customer service position.Proven organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and work autonomously.Demonstrated internal stakeholder management across different functions and levels.Qualifications in a relevant discipline such as fundraising, marketing, communications, project management, or demonstrated transferable skills in a similar role (desirable).Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud (desirable).SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to develop strong relationships.Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Critical thinker who seeks opportunities to streamline processes and improve performance.BENEFITS OF WORKING AT CHILDFUND AUSTRALIA Competitive salary package, including not-for-profit salary packaging benefits.Hybrid working model (50% work-from-home).Access to mental health support through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Professional development opportunities, including on-the-job and external training.LOCATION: ChildFund Australia, Level 8, 162 Goulburn Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010
