Quality Manager
Due to continued growth across Australia, Georgiou is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our project-based civil engineering teams.
As a Quality Manager, you'll be supporting and guiding our construction projects in their project deliveries and ensure compliance with their quality contractual and statutory obligations.
As part of a growing team with a commitment to excellence, you will be provided with challenging work on a wide range of structural and civil engineering projects.
You'll collaborate with the construction teams and external stakeholders to ensure full quality compliance on our projects.

What you're good at:
You're an engaged, focused and driven leader with high standards of work.
Someone with:
Extensive operational experience in the application of quality management principles within a construction/engineering environment Experienced and competent with your knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 requirements Ability to influence others in order to gain their commitment to successfully collaborate to a course of action Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills Ability to quickly grasp concepts and apply innovative options for process delivery Good multi-tasking and demonstrated sound judgments, including balancing competing concerns Excellent interpersonal, technical written and verbal communication skills accompanied by competent presentation skills Tertiary qualified (preferably engineering) and certified Lead Auditor What you'll do (but not limited to):
Ensure all project works are compliant with the Quality Management System policies and procedures, ISO 9001:2015 and client requirements Lead, manage, assess and report on the project quality management processes Advise and guide project teams on the implementation of Project Plans, Quality Management Systems and compliance with the contract requirements, relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice Implement systems that support the achievement and targets for quality and contract compliance on project objectives and deliveries Implement an internal audit schedule based on risk assessment and accompanying reports, including corrective action Plan, lead, undertake and coordinate internal and external audits including consultants, subcontractors and suppliers Review project construction method statements, inspection and test plans and checklists against Drive commitment to quality within project teams and promote a positive quality culture Lead by example with project HSEQ objectives and be a key player in creating an exemplary safety culture aligned to the values of 'Safety is My Way' Our best offer:
