Location: Albany Regional Prison
This is a permanent, full-time vacancy ABOUT THE ROLE Albany Regional Prison is Western Australia's only regional maximum security facility for males. The Prison has been designed as an "open campus" and accommodates approximately 460 offenders. Activities for prisoners include garden, kitchen, education, laundry, carpentry, metalwork, upholstery, and other skill development programs.
The General Relief Officer will provide relief to assist, organise and control aspects of various services or workplaces to maintain routine of the area and support prison operations. The position provides on-the-job instruction and supervision to prisoners who work in this area.

ELIGIBILITY Demonstrated experience. Possess a current valid manual class "C" motor vehicle driving licence. Possess a current valid Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) accreditation (or equivalent eg Senior First Aid) received from an accredited training provider with a minimum of 12 months validity remaining. Possess a current valid Construction Induction Training accreditation (White Card).
