As a General Labourer at Programmed, you will be an essential part of our team, assisting across multiple tasks in a variety of roles.
The work will generally be hands-on and physical, requiring you to be adaptable and safety-conscious.
You'll need to follow instructions and contribute to the successful and timely completion of our projects.
Assist in multiple tasks including extruder operation, gardening, landscaping, and general labor duties Perform physically demanding tasks Be flexible and ready to adapt to different shifts or site conditions Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times Assist skilled workers with various aspects of construction, landscaping, or other specific tasks Be flexible and ready to adapt to different shifts or site conditions as required by clients Key Skills and Qualities We Are Seeking: Extruder Experience: Ability to assist with or operate extrusion equipment (if applicable to role).
Gardening/Landscaping: Experience in maintaining outdoor spaces, including planting, weeding, pruning, and other landscaping tasks.
Safety Certification: UETDREL006 Work Safely in the Vicinity of Live Electrical Apparatus certification or be willing to obtain.
Physical Fitness: Able to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy items as required.
Flexibility: Willingness to work a minimum of 7.6 hours per day, with the possibility of up to 12-hour days depending on client needs.
Reliable Transport: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites.
Forklift Licence: Valid forklift operation certification preferred.
Work Ethic: Strong focus on getting the job done efficiently and effectively, with a positive, hands-on approach to work.
