About The Role We have a superb opportunity in Tasmania for an experienced Loss Adjuster to join a well-respected major and complex loss team.
Reporting to a highly experienced and supportive leader, you'll manage a portfolio of major and complex claims, playing a key role in managing and closing cases.
You'll also provide crucial support to senior Adjusters, ensuring solid service delivery.
Requirements Proven success in handling major and complex claims with exceptional results. A solution-oriented approach with a passion for delivering top-quality outcomes. An established reputation and a strong network within the industry. Excellent at fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders. Eager to advance your career with ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities. Qualifications 5 years + handling major and complex loss claims. ANZIIF or AICLA General Insurance qualifications, or equivalent. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities. Valid Driver's License.
