PURPOSE AND SCOPEThe Property Maintenance Gardener is responsible for providing support across VESTA. Reporting to the horticulturalist you will perform gardening duties at residential properties and unit complexes. The Gardner will undertake other duties as requested.Responsibilities/DutiesMaintaining lawns and gardens at residential properties and unit complexes Maintenance and development of reticulation systems Planting, pruning and maintenance of shrubs and trees Perform routine maintenance on small machinery Undertake all work in a safe and professional manner Report any incidents to management as a priorityEnsure compliance with all sites environmental health and safety requirementsAny other reasonable duties as requestedMinimum EssentialDrivers LicenseWORK ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND MENTAL DEMANDSThe position is desk based and sedentary in nature, the ability to lift items up to 5kgs may be required occasionally.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTIt is a condition of employment at JDFPG that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role.
