We strive to share knowledge, embrace diverse perspectives and integrate into the client's team #Collaboration Responsibilities: Functional AnalystYou analyze a specific part/ aspect of a company and to assess the impact on the ICT systems in order to find the right solution(s) to implement. Project Scope & Planning: define functional/business requirements, expectations, project milestones, calendar, communication plan, stakeholders, methodology, budget, translate into user stories… Project Monitoring: progress, resolving problems; publishing progress reports, recommending direct actions, Functional system documentations: business process models, gap analysis, interviews, workshops, data analysis, case diagrams, activity diagrams, information models, domain interface specifications...
