The Position As a  Terra Firma  employee working as a  Business Consultant , you will report to the Consulting Capability Lead who will provide you with ongoing leadership and support, whilst benefiting from the opportunity to work with a variety of our clients across different industries. You will work on long and short-term projects where your business analysis and process improvement skills will shine! A typical assignment with one of our valued clients will include: Business Process Analysis Business Process Design Business Process Modelling Backlog grooming and analysis Documenting and detailing business and functional requirements in different formats including user stories Support of requests for proposals and evaluation of the proposals Test support (User Acceptance Testing) Producing wireframes and flow diagrams to describe user/system interactions Assisting with end user documentation and training as needed Leading and facilitating workshops with business end users, product owners and developers Contributing to continual improvement of the software development process Managing delivery of artefacts through Azure Dev Ops/JIRA/Confluence Facilitating and improving the flow of work within the teams Facilitating Product Roadmap creation where needed The Ideal Candidate  We are looking for Business Consultants who ideally bring: Strong experience as a Functional Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst or Agile Business Analyst showing ability to start teams and projects from inception through to completion Good knowledge of one or more of the following: Dynamics 365, Salesforce, .NET, ServiceNow, Azure, AWS, Security or Cyber implementation experience supporting the business and managing the System Integrator (SI) Experience with a range of tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Atlassian's Jira and/or Confluence Proficiency in Agile, SCRUM and traditional Business Analyst capabilities such as functional/technical requirements gathering or process improvement Excellent communication skills with a passion for stakeholder management Why Work for Us?
