Job title: Full-Stack Developer

TGRC is working with a global renewable energy developer who is currently looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join their IT department.
Position Overview:We are working with a global renewable energy developer who has established an IS Department dedicated to implementing tailored IT solutions to propel their growth. Aligned with the organization's strategy, this department focuses on building a secure Information System using cutting-edge technologies to effectively address organizational challenges and optimize work conditions.
To cater to specific needs in Australia, particularly in industrial operations and Energy Management, the IS department seeks a Full-stack Developer specializing in back-end solutions. This role involves integration into cross-functional scrum teams to bolster the organization's market presence and enhance asset management profitability. Reporting to the Application Development Manager in Europe, the Full-stack Developer will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of the organization's applications, implementing DevOps practices to streamline processes and ensure reliability and availability. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential to automate deployment and enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:Develop robust and scalable applications.
Enhance application performance and compatibility.
Ensure the security and reliability of applications.
Integrate external APIs and data sources.
Implement data collection and quality assurance.
Optimize database performance and design.
Establish CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud environments, and ensure monitoring and logging for applications.
Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in application development and 1 year in DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent project management and prioritization skills.
Effective communication and collaboration within teams.
Adaptability to an international environment with potential flexible working hours.
Solid understanding and proficiency in Python, Docker, Git, SQL Server, and related tools.
