Fruit Or Nut Picker

HALL & CO is seeking a full-time, permanent Fruit or Nut Picker to join our team. This position involves working outdoors in a dynamic environment and requires attention to detail and physical stamina.
Duties And Responsibilities
Harvest fruit/nuts from trees or vines according to quality standards and seasonal schedules. Inspect fruit for ripeness, quality, and overall condition. Handle fruit carefully to avoid damage and ensure high-quality yields. Transport harvested fruit to designated storage or processing areas. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills And Experience
At least 1 year of experience required. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in outdoor conditions. Good physical fitness and stamina for repetitive tasks and extended hours. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Experience with tractor and cherry picker operation. Location: 581 Yanmah Rd, Manjimup WA 6258
Salary Offered: Between $60,000 - $70,000
Hours of Work: Full time, 38 hours/week
