Front Office Receptionist
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Front Office Receptionist to assist prospective and current customers in the most efficient and professional manner. The key focus of this role is delivering exceptional customer service along with administration responsibilities, some property management tasks and assisting the manager with extra duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Operate the day to day front desk reception area.
· Provide exceptional customer service to our guest.
· Checking in and out of our guest at the beginning and end of their stay.
· The processing of reservations.
· Provide general administration support such as telephone answering, incoming and outgoing mail and filing etc.
· Assist guests with inquiries and offer help whenever possible.
· Ability to work a rotating roster including afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
· Hours will be about 15 hours per week plus extra when needed.
What you’ll need to succeed
· Customer service experience in the hospitality industry.
· Previous experience with a Property Management Systems will be highly regarded.
· A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.
· Required to be available for flexible working hours, not set shifts.
· Knowledge of Jurien bay and its surrounding tourist attractions.
· Ability to provide evidence of a National Police Check recommended but not mandatory.
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone with experience in a similar role, however this is not a requirement as I am prepared to train the right person eager to learn.
