That's who we are. That's Target. What will you do? We have an exciting role of Forecast Analyst to join the inventory team. The primary focus will be to ensure demand forecast integrity and accuracy is maintained, interpreting/translating and validating the outputs of the demand planning team.
Take an independent approach of reviewing the demand forecasts and provide exception-based feedback to merchandise, demand planners and inventory managers to make sure forecast accuracy targets are met.
Responsibilities include: Working closely with the Merchandise Planner to optimise inventory levels and achieve financial KPIs of sales, margin and stockturn. Supporting the business through improved forecasts and accurate reporting, presenting insights to key stakeholders both commercial and operational, and influencing decision-making. Owning the merchandise relationship, driving enhancements in forecast accuracy through root cause analyses and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the planning function. Drive the inventory analysis and production of weekly reporting for the categories. What are we looking for? Strong Excel knowledge & Power BI experience. Experience within Retail/Wholesale/Manufacturing. Strong numerical and analytical skills and amazing attention to detail. Ability to collaborate within a team environment. Effective and concise communication skills. Proven ability to execute action plan deliverables in a timely manner. Experience in Project/Business translation. Experience in Allocations, Demand and Fulfillment systems. Bachelor Degree (Undergrad). What will you get?
