Katherine Coaches Fleet Manager PositionKatherine Coaches is seeking a highly organized and experienced Fleet Manager to join our growing team!About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take ownership of our fleet maintenance operations. As the Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the overall well-being of our vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and operating at peak efficiency.Your key responsibilities include:Leading and supervising mechanics and cleaners, ensuring timely completion of all maintenance tasks.Acting as a liaison between managers, drivers, and repair shops, effectively communicating vehicle repairs and maintenance needs.Managing parts inventory, ordering necessary supplies, and maintaining cost-effective practices.Keeping the fleet management system up-to-date with accurate and detailed vehicle information.Assigning and prioritizing work orders for mechanics, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.Organizing and coordinating with third-party repair services when necessary.Qualifications:Strong organizational and time management skills.Proven leadership and supervisory experience.A valid HR or MC driver's license.Proficiency in computer applications, including fleet management software (preferred).Mechanical knowledge or experience in vehicle maintenance (highly desirable).Benefits:Immediate start.Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience and qualifications.The opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.How to Apply: If you are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for maintaining a safe and efficient fleet, we encourage you to apply!
