They are actively recruiting for several positions but have a strong focus on Assessors in or around the Midlands right now.RoleThe Fire Risk Assessor will carry out fire risk assessments across education projects nationwide.Fire Risk Assessor Qualifications and ExperienceNEBOSH Fire Safety Qualification minimumExperience of undertaking/reviewing Fire Risk AssessmentsKnowledge of current and incoming UK fire safety legislationResponsibilitiesTo undertake fire integrity / compartmentation surveys to identify breaches, proposed remedial repairs through to preparation of specification and designTo provide quality & technical monitoring on construction projectsTo provide fire safety advisor role to assist our clients with their property portfolioTo review contractors' proposals on construction projects and provide comment on suitability for the intended purposeEnsure a high level of communication and time keeping throughoutPersonStrong communication skillsA good understanding of up-to-date Building Regulations and the Fire Safety ActA methodical, professional, and pragmatic approachAbility to organise your workloadCommitment to health & safety and risk managementRemunerationJob Types: Full-time permanentPay: £30,000 - £40,000 DOEBenefitsCompany carCompany pensionFlexitimeFree or subsidised travelWork from home
