Financial Lines Claims Officer

Our client is a well-established tech enabled Specialist Claims Management firm, providing innovative outsourced claim management services across all lines of general insurance.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Financial Lines Claims Specialist to manage a portfolio of Professional Indemnity and D&O claims.

This will be a full-time hybrid role (2 days in office) in either SYDNEY OR MELBOURNE.

Your responsibilities will include: Liaising with stakeholders, assessing coverage, liability and financial exposure.Making recommendations for the future strategy of each claim and managing service providers in order to achieve a superior result for our customers.Providing specialised advice and support to assist in the growth of PI knowledge and skills across the wider team as required.Assisting external clients, including in the co-management of complex claims will also be an integral part of this role.You will need:At least 5 years' experience as a Financial Lines Claims Examiner.A Law Degree is preferred but not essential.Time management skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage a portfolio of Professional Lines claims.Effective negotiation and confident dispute resolution skills.Strong verbal, written and computer skills.Presentation skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Apply now or email your resume to ******.
