What you'll be doing
Preparing consolidated GL accounts for AU and NZ holding and its subsidiaries in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with IFRSCoordinating the accounting and month-end closing process within the AU holding entity and its subsidiaries and branchesEnhancing the balance sheet substantiation process in coordination with group program and toolsEnsuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reportingPreparing detailed financial reporting and analysis on movements in key general ledger accountsManaging local team of Finance Managers in execution of all key deliverablesEnsuring accuracy and compliance with local tax regulators on submission of timely returnsDeveloping and monitoring a robust control environment, with a focus on driving bank readinessDelivering process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting process via automation and controlLeading AU and NZ audit programs, in conjunction with group audit requirementsLeading technical accounting advice on new product developmentManaging the accounting policy, ensuring that it is up to date and latest changes in IFRS and Group policies are implementedContributing to and defining financial control processes and procedures
What you'll need
A bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldCPA or CA qualification7+ years experience in finance and controlling functionsImpressive accounting knowledge, with proven experience in IFRS and consolidated financial reportingA structural and logical approach to solving problemsSolid analytical skills and a hands-on attitudeExperience within a fast growing organisationGreat motivation and focus on delivery
