About the Opportunity:
We are partnered with a dynamic financial services firm that is experiencing continued growth. The business provides personal financial advice to a client base of predominantly high net wealth individuals and families.
There is an exciting opportunity for a financial adviser to join their Canberra team. This position is well suited for an experienced adviser that is able to take on a team leader role and provide guidance and mentorship to a team of advisers and support staff. The ideal candidate has a book of existing clients that they can bring to this role. If not, you will have existing referral relationships and a proven track record of onboarding new clients and developing a client base. This is a growth-focused role.

The role: Focus on growth and business development activities; the firm is happy to fund marketing campaigns
Develop a strong referral network and pipeline of client leads
Onboard new clients and develop an ongoing client base
Provide holistic financial advice and an excellent level of service
Continue to drive business growth through your own book and across the team
Provide ongoing service to your clients
Help to guide and mentor advisers and support staff
Assist directors with business growth and planning
About you: 5+ years of experience as an authorised financial adviser
Completed FASEA required studies and exam
Strong knowledge of financial strategies across holistic advice
Demonstrated business development success
Existing referral relationships
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Proactive with a growth mindset
Xplan experience
Keen to drive business growth and work towards partnership/equity
Salary is flexible depending on experience: $120,000 - $150,000 + super + bonus and future equity opportunities.
