The Role Our client, a national law firm based in the Brisbane CBD, is currently seeking a Finance Administrator. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties include:
Processing accounts payable including entering invoices and preparing payments. Entering client and staff disbursements. Receipt of daily banking and reconciliation of payments. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations. Maintenance of monthly trust accounts. Assisting with billings. To be suitable for this position, you will need a minimum of 2 years accounts experience. Law firm experience is preferred but not essential.
Salary An attractive salary is on offer for the right candidate ($70,000 to $85,000 package dependent upon experience).
