Factory Lead - Windows

Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) The Company Has over 30 years of experience in the facade/windows industry, they have positioned themselves as the market leader in the field. To coincide with a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for experienced factory lead to manage a team of 10 or more in Canberra.   You'll need: Considerable experience as a factory lead or similar role responsible for fabricating commercial windows in Australia. Ability to set and meet scheduling dates. Expertise in fabrication, including proficiency in reading drawings. Strong managerial skills. Experience with AWS systems preferred but not necessary.
