We have operations spanning ports and terminals nationwide, including: Adelaide | Albany | Brisbane | Bunbury | Dampier | Darwin | Eden | Fremantle | Geraldton | Kwinana | Melbourne | Newcastle | Onslow | Port Botany | Port Kembla | Port Pirie | Westernport What You'll Be Doing Take command of the tug and manage the crew to ensure safe, efficient operations.
Coordinate crew attendance, stores provisioning, and maintain operational readiness.
Ensure compliance with Svitzer policies, statutory obligations, and safety management systems.
Manage crew discipline, supervise tug maintenance, and prepare operational reports.
Conduct inductions, mentor crew members, and support skills training and development.
Participate in safety training and operational improvement initiatives while adhering to roster and standing orders.
