About The Role Provide first-class customer service when assisting customers across various channels including concierge, telephone, social media, and email.
Assist customers by providing up-to-date information on the City's activities, events, and current matters.
Deliver high standards of service by meeting KPIs, seeking feedback, working collaboratively, and participating in training.
