Expression of Interest - Claims Service Consultant (Perth, WA) Expression of Interest We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for Claims Service Consultants in Perth, WA. You'll be responsible for: Managing a National based portfolio of motor claims and handling inbound/outbound calls. Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner. Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers. Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues. About you: Manage a large volume of inbound calls daily. Ability to work a full-time rotating roster between the hours of 7.30am-6pm AEST. High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment. Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software. Strong attention to detail. A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others.
