As a design consultant, you will use your skills to identify and solve business and human problems. You will work closely with small, tight-knit teams, and build your craft by being exposed to a variety of clients and projects – from pure human-centered research, discovery, and experience strategy, to working inside Agile development teams to deliver usable, delightful, and innovative UI.This role is remote and based in the U.S., and you will be part of a global community that includes designers in London, Buenos Aires, Sydney, and Dubai – just a few of our international locations.When you join Catalyst Design, you will be aligned with a Guild that best matches your skills and interests, along with your manager and fellow Guild members. A Guild provides executive oversight, shared expertise, and dedicatedcapability leadership in specific solutions, industries, methods,and deliverables. As you develop your design consulting expertise, you may align to different Guilds.
