Executive Manager Complex and Frequent Presenter ProgramQueensland Ambulance Service (Organisation site)Mental Health Response Program; Office of the Medical Director; Head Office; KedronThe Executive Manager, Complex and Frequent Presenter Program is responsible for management, assurance, and governance of the Complex and Frequent Presenter Program.
The program incorporates a statewide, multidisciplinary team of health care professionals who identify, review, and support the ongoing care of people with complex needs within the pre-hospital setting outside of single episodes of care.The role provides a high level of support to the Director, QAS Mental Health Response Programs and Medical Director in delivering organisational reform outcomes and contributes to the overall future direction of QAS clinical service delivery.We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:Highly developed leadership skills with demonstrated capabilities and experience in managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams in an environment of competing priorities and needs with limited resources.Detailed knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues impacting the delivery of ambulance and health services and the proven ability to understand and apply business and resource management principles to support the provision of high-quality pre-hospital patient care to the Queensland community.Demonstrated program management skills including experience in effectively managing, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on programs and projects within a complex and demanding emergency or health service environment, with full recognition of clinical and operational risk factors.Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills with the proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with partners and key stakeholders.High level conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement.Demonstrated ability to drive, influence and implement strategic planning activities to promote organisational change, manage organisational risk and service systems reforms to ensure and improve QAS service delivery models.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Further informationWe are committed to building inclusive cultures in the Queensland public sector that respect and promote human rights and diversity.Please ensure you download all attachments and follow the instructions on how to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
