The team ASIC's Enforcement and Compliance Group (ECG) is responsible for the conduct of ASIC's initial inquiries, compliance and enforcement work across all sectors excluding markets. The ECG comprises Investigation and Enforcement Action, Enforcement Inquiries and Compliance Enforcement (Evidence) Services and Enforcement Policy and Practice. The Business Management Unit is responsible for directing and undertaking business management and support services for ECG. The role As an Executive Assistant in the Enforcement and Compliance Group, you will provide executive and administrative support to one or more members of the executive leadership team. Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing papers, correspondence, presentations, and other supporting material * Email and calendar management * Meeting coordination, including drafting minutes, and monitoring action items * Travel management, corporate credit card reconciliations, expenditure administration and procurement support * Supporting system and process improvements across ECG * Participating on the executive assistant network * Performing core administrative tasks, including records management, database maintenance, photocopying and creating and maintaining mail distribution lists. About you We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience as an executive assistant or in a senior administrative role, with advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will have experience managing the diary and administrative requirements of senior executives, with well-developed organisational, coordination and time management skills. Your proven ability to think critically and anticipate needs, and high-level judgement and decision-making ability will ensure your success in this role. You will also need an ability to work autonomously and with little direction, showing a high level of discretion and professionalism.
