About the role
Join our growing Canberra branch as a Business Development Manager to assist our clients in solving their key business problems by connecting them with IT talent through strategic relationships across the Federal Government sector.
 
The Business Development Manager position is dynamic and fast-paced, often emphasised by short deadlines. So, you'll never have a dull moment. But you'll share these moments with a tight-knit and inclusive team in Canberra as well as team members based in our Brisbane office. In addition, your passionate and highly invested Team Lead will ensure you have all the support you need to meet your career potential.

Our Business Development Managers have:
Excellent relationship development skills Strong problem-solving abilities A passion for connecting with people A competitive spirit and strong work ethic A demonstrable track record in recruitment and sales Resilience and determination To excel in this role, the successful candidate will be someone with at least 3 years in IT recruitment (preferably in the Federal Government space).
