Key Responsibilities: Lead clinical care for clients, ensuring compliance with the Mental Health Act 2015 and governance frameworks. Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement risk management and collaborative safety plans. Monitor team activity and performance against key clinical and organizational targets. Support integration of service improvements aligned with national frameworks. Foster professional development through training, mentoring, and clinical supervision. Actively engage in governance, policy development, and quality improvement activities. Ensure compliance with reporting standards and maintain accurate clinical records. Contribute to sector-wide initiatives like health promotion and inter-agency partnerships. Provide input on organizational trends and emerging client needs to senior leadership. Skills & Requirements: Essential : Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Psychology. Registration with relevant professional body. At least 5 years' experience in mental health services. Knowledge of trauma-informed care, risk management, and recovery-based practices. Proficiency in governance frameworks like the Clinical Governance and Exceptional Care frameworks. Desirable : Postgraduate qualification in a related discipline.
