The Company: Industry Floors / Trump Floorcoverings was established in 1992 and has since established itself as one of Australia's largest commercial floorcovering experts. We specialize in carpet, vinyl, wall sheeting, rubber, and ceramics. We also deliver floor levelling, general preparation and floor demolition. We have a highly talented team who support and work for each other. 
The Role:  We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the position as either an Estimator, Project Manager or a combined role of Estimator/Project Manager.
This role is responsible for developing sales leads, building trusted client relationships and winning work to a budget of circa $2.5M per year. You will manage your own time to best deliver your results.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Actively seek sales leads through existing networks or generating new ones to achieve budget.Use tested Sales techniques to close the deal.Negotiation skills are key in this role.Develop your own sales strategy.Experience in previous specific market sectors desirable (education/retail/hospitality etc.)Use of Quantifying software Preparation of quotesMaterial procurementTravel around the Melbourne metro area will be frequent including a level of client entertainment.Key Selection Criteria: Minimum 2 years experience in the Commercial Flooring Industry is a pre-requisiteBackground supervising projects & contractors Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Confident & professional phone manner Strong organizational & dispute resolution skillsAbility to manage a varied & demanding workload. An honest nature & the ability to learn from mistakes. Strong computer skillsCurrent Australian drivers' licensePlease note: A criminal background check and medical examination will make up part of the recruitment process.
